It’s tough to talk about yourself, and really most of what we would say about how we work would never be as meaningful to you as what our past clients say about how we handled their home buying and selling.  So we’d rather you read our client’s reviews here.  This way you get a glimpse of how we work from people we’ve helped, and we get to keep the about us page relatively brief.

We are a husband and wife team, working with REMAX DFW Associates.  We’ve been living in Collin County since 1997, and have always taken an active role in our community, so we can honestly say we know the area.

Deb has a degree in marketing, and naturally uses it to full advantage of our seller clients.  She is also a certified home stager, which helps bring a bit of competitive advantage to our sellers when preparing the home for market.  First impressions being what they are, every bit helps and Deb goes above and beyond when it comes to property presentation and marketing.

Brent works mostly with buyers, and handles all our office IT and other technology needs.  With a degree in computer science, technology is something Brent not only enjoys, but knows how to use it for our clients advantage.  Brent enjoys helping our clients save time and energy by using technology to allow for streamlining the transaction process, starting from making your home search as pain free as possible using this site, and all the way through the process.

In short, we do a good job for our clients, whether buyers or sellers.  We keep the lines of communication open.  We will own up to it if we make a mistake.  And we’ll never promise you something that we can’t deliver.  Oh, and we are pretty easy to get along with.
